During these extraordinary times, many small businesses cannot afford to engage with marketing agencies or to hire an in-house expert. But this is exactly the time when businesses need to ensure they are correctly listed on Google and have an active social media presence.
Through our Air Social Academy, we enable local authorities and business development networks to support businesses in their area as they recover in a post-pandemic world, by offering branded social media training sessions.
How we do it
We recently partnered with Business Runnymede to deliver social media training sessions for hundreds of business people in the borough and beyond as they prepared for the re-opening of the High Street in April 2021.
Over 180 businesses attended the first three sessions, which were so successful that there was a waiting list for follow up sessions before they had even been announced.
Our virtual Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram and personalised workshops help business owners take their social media to the next level giving small, independents the tools to maximise their digital reach themselves.
Our Google My Business masterclass guides participants through how to use the tool to help customers find their business in Google Search, position it on Google Maps, provide up-to-date information including opening times, and ultimately, tell customers their story.
Our Facebook and Instagram masterclasses cover how to get set up on Business Manager, how to create engaging posts and killer creatives using Canva, tips on how to connect with audiences and what tools are available to monitor social media activity on these platforms.
